2013 – Two years!!! Wow, how times flies when you’re having fun! I can’t express enough how much I appreciate all the support out there. All of you who visit the site everyday and those of you who send those encouraging emails are a true blessing. I also appreciate all of you who share Prepper Website with others on forums, blogs, email, Facebook and Twitter. The more people who are prepared, the better we all are in the long run.
Recently, I posted how PW had hit 2,000,000 unique visitors. That post was written about a month ago. I shared some cool info there, like about the other sites that I have started and some other fun facts if you are interested.
But again, it boils down to having the support of the Preparedness Community. I look forward to another year of preparedness with you!

2012 – The Prepper Website will be 1 year old on September 19, 2012. I can’t believe that it has been a year already! In this short time, I’ve read a and linked to a ton of great preparedness, survival, bushcraft, homesteading and alternative news articles, podcasts and videos from great websites from all over the internet. I’ve also had the opportunity to meet some cool people in the preparedness community, some only online, through email and social media and some in person, you know who you are. 😉
I’ve written and submitted articles to preparedness websites, had the privilege to be a guest on some podcasts, and even started two other websites (Edthatmatters & PreparedFaith), mostly just to have an oppt. to rant. I also recently released my first ebook – Education After The Collapse and I just announced a new project, The Preparedness Review (you want to sign-up for email updates). I’m always trying to add and improve to the site. So, recently I’ve started my Youtube Channel where I post my Commentary & Stuff vids every Sunday evening.
However, the PW wouldn’t be what it is without those of you who visit daily to check-out the new articles that have been linked. I’m amazed at how fast the site has grown in this first year and the #’s that grow every month. It’s so cool to see when someone has linked to us on a website, forum, on social media or even left our address on another website’s post comment.
On this first birthday, I would again like to thank everyone who supports this site and those of you who send encouraging emails. Thanks and keep prepping…things are going to get crazy!
I truly enjoy your site, I read it right after checking my morning email and daily news. I am a prepper and have been for my whole life. Your site is a wealth of information and refresher of items or issues I have forgotten about on never knew.
PW is the go-to web site for the Preparedness minded.
There’s a reason your site has grown so much this last year: You’ve got a knack for finding the best prepper info available, and keeping it timely for those of us who can’t keep up with it all!
